Repair instructions

With this Repair Service Form you can take advantage of our Internet Repair Service, speeding up repair time and the administrative process.

Steps to be taken:

  1. Check if your user data is up to date. Otherwise, adjust your data by clicking "My settings" in the footer menu.
  2. Please fill out the form as completely as possible.
  3. Send form or choose Next for another item
  4. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail with the RMA number
  5. Use RMA number as shipping reference

In case of water damage or a power or lightning surge we advise against offering the equipment for repair, because of the decreased reliability of the product.

If your product has any of the labels shown below repairs will either be impossible or very expensive and we advise against returning the product. We can offer a range of new products to replace the old, please contact our sales department or partner for assistance.

1. If you are submitting a single product for repair please select the "Send" button at the bottom of the screen once you have specified the problem.
2. You will receive an RMA number via email.

Multiple products for repair
1. If you are submitting multiple products for repair please select the "+" button at the bottom of the screen once you have specified the problem.
2. Only complete the shipping information on the first item submitted.
3. You will receive an e-mail with all products submitted.
4. If you have more then 6 items to return, please use this PDF document and attach it to this form.
