After having filled in the registration form you should receive an email with your user name and password. In some cases you don't.
How to solve this
Due to strict security policies the email message might be considered as junk mail / spam.
This is depending on various settings of junk mail filters and programs such as Outlook / Windows / etcetera.
The confirmation message might be in your Outlook Junk mail folder.
If the confirmation mail is not located in this folder, you might need to inform at your local IT department for information how and where it can be retreived.

If you try to find a User Manual of one of our newer products, it might not be where you used to look on the old site.
How to solve this
All main User Manuals can now be found in the Products section, so you can download all product related documentation from the same location of the Web site. Just find your product with the Product Selector (or via the menu) and datasheets, references and User manuals are right there. A number of A&E specs are already added, the rest will follow in the coming months.
Documentation of discontinued products can be found in the Support section, Documentation.

If you bookmark a page to your Favorites with the "Add to Favorites" button in your browser, this bookmark won't work in future.
How to solve this
Instead, use the button in the website footer menu.

This Web site uses embedded fonts, which gives us the opportunity to deviate from the very standard (and not so good looking) Windows web fonts like Arial, Verdana and Courier.
This can result in unclear letters.
How to solve this
Make sure ClearType fonts are enabled on your computer. (Windows) From Windows Vista and higher this option is activated by default, but on older operating systems like Windows XP it is not.
For Windows XP: go to your desktop, r-mouse, properties, appearances, and make sure "ClearType" is selected.
